Seven has a body with no borg enhancements, and Q stipulated where confederate Picard got his synthetic body that Federation Picard is wearing.
Logically, therefore no one is in their real body.
Q would still have to catch Elnor's soul before it went to confederate heaven, but he's still got that penalty Box where he sent Tasha, so that's probably not a problem.
The crash zone did not look like a Vineyard. I just assumed the Picard's had been making wine there since Napolean times, but what if the Picard's didn't take that land until during/after WWIII, which means that they killed the owners, or ran them off, rather than paying for it.

I concede that it's France because of the light change, and the line "we are in LA" by PIcard is just because he is old, and old people make stupid mistakes often, but the crash site did not look like the vineyard, which clues in the show say that it supposed to be.
It's possible that the vintner gene skips a generation now and then, but the land stays in the family, even if no one in the family does nothing about the land now, maybe the grandchildren will.
My family owns a "failed" Vineyard.
15 years ago my cousin tried to make wine for personal use.
Results were not favourable.
My alcoholic girlfriend at the time asked if she could leave me and fuck my cousin so that she could have unlimited wine, but I said that she was not allowed to do that.
She married a plumber and had two more kids.

With how much Q was talking about Picard being driven by his fear, and this episode seemingly playing into this with him emotionally refusing Jurati's idea out of hand despite it working out just like she planned, I worry it could be building up towards a lesson where he'll be forced to discard his fear of the Borg and let Jurati be assimilated for the greater good (complete with a mental battle against the Queen where we would worry that the latter might have won until the very end where Agnes shows up and saves the day as unmistakably herself, just plugged into and perhaps leading the Queen's nascent new collective), perhaps with Elnor's resurrection and the Borg becoming more inclined towards peace as positive side-effects.
The Confederation Queen is going back to the Federation, to fight the alt Borg Queen from s02e01, who is probably Alt Seven, but that just means that the regular Borg Queen has to step up, and defend her Universe from too many Queens.
This probably makes me a horrible person but Rios' beam in was the most I've laughed at TV in a long time.

For the La Sirena crash, part of me is/was hoping that Picard entered the coordinates of Gravett Island. It would be a nice nod to First Contact, and should be safe, assuming it was as uninhabited in 2024 as it was in 2063

So as long as the Earth is not flat, I have no idea how they transported anyone from France to LA without some one ending up in space.

That’s the explanation for why the three of them dematerialise in different places.
