There is one in every crowd.
Got to meet some new horses today. The stables have a paddock out in the front that I go right past when I got by on my bike, and on my way home there were three horses out, and they came right up to the fence, so I stopped, got off my bike and talked to them and watched them for a couple minutes. I could have easily pet them, since I walked right up by the fence, but I was afraid if I did someone might see me and get mad. It was kinda funny, because one, that I think was a mare, came right up as soon as she saw me, but the only two kinda hung back for a bit before they came over. I guess they must have been waiting to see how I treated the mare before they came over. One of them was actually the horse that I saw eating the drafts' tails a while back.
My mom and I walked our dog Gracie down there later, and they were still out but they didn't come over to the fence that time. They looked like they were going to, but then stopped, we wondered if maybe they stopped because of Gracie.

I'm not really sure.
I’m still here, lol. Just haven’t had a chance to post any new photos as I was up in Seattle for 3 months, and couldn’t convince myself to go diving in cold, murky Puget Sound water in the wintertime.

That's very understandable.
It looks like just a mouse or rat to me, it's kinda small for a Chinchilla.I think it's a chinchilla.
