    I love tbe Jupiter Station!
Is it just me or does the hull lettering seem off?- haven't checked the shows screenshots yet.

Yeah, it's just personal opinion. I've no interest in Enterprise Xindi or Vulcan ships and the Klingon Toron is a pretty boring design.

But the Ferengi pod is awesome!

I foresee a lot of broken space stations in the future...

Not a bad selection, I'm glad things are getting moving again after the last year or so. Still a bit grumpy that the sub is gone, getting bonus issues was always a bit of a crapshot - I still don't have a Probert Enterprise-C - and it's annoying having to pay shipping every time.

I'd have preferred the Talarian warship to the observation craft, since we've had a version of the observation craft already with the Tamarian cruiser, but it's a pretty big difference, so I'm not going to complain too much. I am going to complain that general scale issues with the shuttle sets vs. what's been done in the main series. Why do Voyager's Aeroshuttle and Vreenak's shuttle get full releases while the Calypso and Ferengi shuttle have the small versions? Personally, I'd go for a 'Shuttle Reissue' set, with small versions of previous main releases, but I'd expect to be in a minority on that.

Is there enough material for another Starfleet shuttle set? We’re missing the version of SC-4 without armor.

There's a fair number of unique unused shuttle types, and some variants of existing models. SC-4, the Nemesis Workbee, the Scott's Guide shuttle, there's all manner of escape pods and lifeboats, the inspection pod from Broken Bow, maybe Voyager's Aeroshuttle or the E's Yacht if you want versions of those in scale. Variant wise, there's multiple Workbee variants of both incarnations, multiple versions of the Type 7 shuttle including two physical variations, a blue version of the Executive shuttle from VI.

So, yes, plenty for another shuttle set or four.

Cool but it doesn’t need to be in the animated style. I think most would like it regular; to fit with the other ships

Ooh that's awesome! Looking forward to seeing the physical model but it sounds great.

Apparently CBS are very keen that Lower Decks stays true to the animated form - there was some issue with STO using 'life like' CGI instead of the animated characters, and they had to change course.

CBS are a very strange company sometimes. :)

I’m fine with keeping the animated style/look. But XL versions?…eh…gimme regular sized.

Looking at the photos “animated style” doesn’t seem that extreme, I thought it would be cartoonier.

Not strange, just protecting their IP like any other company would.

That's what the announcement implies. On the other hand, I don't think all Lower Decks ships will be XL models. If there is going to be a line of regular- or special-sized models, the "animated" Titan might be the first one of those.

    Speaking of XL offerings...

Does anybody else want to sell their soul to the Devil for an XL Doomsday Weapon-damaged USS Constellation?

But they allowed Discovery which completely crapped all over the TOS look.
    I don’t get it

    1. Discovery did no such thing
    2. That's entirely different, TOS still exists in it's original look.

Now THAT would be a damn fine addition. Preferably the remastered version, though. I've lost track of how many times I took a Bic lighter to my old AMT kits to reproduce an exact studio-scale replica when I was a kid.

I trust you ventilated the room well before doing those modifications...
