So there are Adventures of Flotter lunchboxes in the 24th century. That's both some hardcore canon homework as well as something that made me chuckle.
Her and Johnny Fever.Maybe that's how she works best.
They should have said that that was how the Borg Queen escaped when the Cube was destroyed.
And as for everyone guessing Narek would turn against the Romulans to help Soji-- they guessed wrong.
I think she has back ups. Her continuosly refreshed consciousness can be put into a new body. But I still wouldnt have minded saying she can use this tech to escape. I dont think there is one built into the Queens chamber without that in mind. No, they shouldn't have. The Queen was destroyed, but rebuilt herself. She's not confined to one body, she's a concept, not an individual. We literally see her being built in FC from scratch.
And he redeems himself with some noble sacrifice...and we're all just glad that he's gone. There's still time for a change of heart.
Rather contrived though. It feels like the only reason they have those silly transparent screens is to do things like that. The moment when the image of Locutus lined up over Picard's face brought a lump to my throat. There were some powerful scenes in this episode!
For all we know Hugh and Geordi have spent the last decade corresponding with each other. Hugh is even stated to have Federation citizenship now, I think I heard?
I know. Took them long enough.Holy shit.....this episode was.....good???
I'm so confused.
And he redeems himself with some noble sacrifice...and we're all just glad that he's gone.
Geordi should really be in this show. He had the bigger connection to Data and characters like Hugh.Picard should have been the one to ask, "How's Geordi?"![]()

Treadaway reminds me a little of Donald Sutherland in Eye of the Needle visually, now if he could bring just half that intensity. Sis/Rizzo is just impossible to take seriously. It's too much to hope for because one or both will be there in the finale to bebother our crew but they just slow everything down. And he redeems himself with some noble sacrifice...and we're all just glad that he's gone.
It was also a strange picture of him. It was like someone took a picture of the viewscreen with him on it.And they had to cheat and use a mirror image of locotus for the gag to work. Meh, it was cheap.
