Looks like him to me.
Pretty much the same BORG outfit.
And it seems to be another flashback.

Since it happened almost twenty years before PICARD
I suppose it could be either a stand-in for Stewart or CGI.

We saw him in December

Planet Vergessen XD (German for forgotten)
The eye scene was amazing!
Mot got a whole hair emporium now!
Quark's bar... so it's no longer on DS9?
We see a diagram of Seven!
The conspiracy involves a "conclave of 8"...?

Apparently Quark is now a franchise bar! A sensible move for a Ferengi that should be added into the Rules of Acquisition ;)

Now they need to bring back Morn as well....

A conclave of 8 synth androids. Reminds me of the Final Five Cylons .

Voyager was the only Trek series I gave up on. I have vague knowledge of Icheb, but is this Manu actor a nut? Other people are saying he is.

Rios worked for Quark dealing with some breen too if no one picked up on that.

Anyone else notice Mr Mot's hair emporium?

Also nice retcon explanation for Picard VS Seven. Borg drones assimilated as children have more tech and it can't be removed compared adults. Explains Seven/Icheb/Mezoti VS Picard/Janeway/torres/Tuvok.

I remember that, but I still think it's supposed to be Picard as Locutus.

They probably didn't want to spend the small fortune it would take to make Sir Patrick Stewart look thirty-some-years younger.
And I'm almost positive that he did not want to go through that makeup again.
It seems two drones are grabbing Picard as he screams "Let go!", so I guess these drones are reactivated.

Welp. I enjoyed it. I hope Seven shows up later, but I feel that part of her character arc is done. I figured Agnes was a spy, but I didn't know how they would play it out.

Apparently Quark is now a franchise bar! A sensible move for a Ferengi that should be added into the Rules of Acquisition ;).
I bet Quark's is a shitty future Bennigan's style chain bar/restaurant.

i’m glad patrick stewart got to enjoy himself this week, but i thought that was baaaad.

of course i enjoyed all the stuff that delved into seven of nine’s character and what she’s been up to, but the episode itself was just easy twists and cheap production design.
