I quoted yours because it was the most ridiculous...there are many PoC in the writers room, it could have been anyone. A young staff writer complains about an award winning novelist hired by the boss personally......I can see why you might want to remain anonymous. BTW no blue hair anywhere.
I understand the need to have rules against slurs in the workplace but the idea that people would start using it casually seems a stretch because of what he said. Everyone knows that unless your black you can't just use it in casual conversation. Of course people do like racist and edgelords but even they don't do it at work. The funny thing is this is exactly what we're faced with nowadays. You absolutely can tell what sort of smug libtard you're dealing with by how they dress and the views they hold.
