A look at the first 2-story bridge in Star Trek. Assumedly the bridge of a Section 31 ship.

I dig the aesthetic. Very Vengeance-like.

Nice! But not necessarily a bridge. Could also be a lab, command center, throne room ;)

Also, it was made out of the shell of the USS Shenzhou bridge set! They extended it "downward" as it was already above the studio floor. It was glimpsed in an early S2 production video.

Set blueprints from that very video label it as Section 31 Bridge/Lab

Looks like every other set on STD. Murky with blue lights.
The future is blue and dimly lit.

Although it would be fitting with the established canon, humans from the MU have trouble with bright lights. Her bridge would need to be dimly lit in order for her to function. That's probably why the Discovery was lit the way it was. A part of me hopes that Pike asks for them to turn up the lights some when he gets on board.

Is that door behind her reused from the Klingon interior from season 1?

Doesn't look like a Klingon door to me, but maybe. Reusing set pieces is a time honored Trek tradition. If you look closely, the upper level of the bridge was once the Shenzhou bridge set. It's been extensively overhauled, but it's the same set.

Didn’t they say we’d see Engineering this year? The set looks far more likely to be that, especially given the fusion chambers and such in the background?

Supposedly, they have added one side room to the existing Engineering set, opposite the spore drive booth - and detailing behind the triangular upper level doors to make it even more closely resemble the TOS Main Engineering grillework/pipe setup. A whole new set hasn't been mentioned AFAIK - although this one could well be pulling double duty, being both a S31 hub (or two S31 hubs, alternating as Bridge and Lab) and a NCC-1031 engineering pit of some sort, with appropriate redecoration. I mean, it would be pretty standard Trek and even DSC fare.
