Welp, the Elvis ep was okay, I suppose. I kept waiting for the Darkhs to show up, or indeed any villain to emerge, but in the end, none did. And the notion that without Elvis, rock music would never have hit it big is... absurd. Some good moments here and there, though.
As for the Death Totem ep... sexual assault of the week goes to Wally for entering Mick's room without permission and dressing him from his birthday suit for no urgent reason whatsoever. (Yeah, but Felicity's the Arrowverse bad guy for making Barry/Iris' ad hoc wedding a twofer.) Constantine is starting to feel a more natural fit with the team. However, I'm not sure I'm sold on Sara/Ava - Ava seems a bit too bland and businesslike, personality-wise, to really entrance someone who's been through as much wild stuff as Sara. (She's no Nyssa, that's for sure.)
Are there really only three more eps left to the season? It doesn't feel as though we're on the cusp of a big plot climax, despite this being the longest season to date. Maybe the remaining eps will build to one, because as fun as Damian is, he can't match the intensity of the Legion of Doom by himself, and this Mallus doesn't seem to have much flair, either...
