When it was just closeups of small parts of the exterior, I was willing to go with it. But the final shot clearly shows that there's no neck or "head" to it. It just kind of looks like a triangle with wings, from what I can make out.

the shape reminds me of the Dominion Battlecruiser.

Isn't very Klingon at all outside of the glowy red torpedo tube and engines.

Now the interior design, that felt Klingon.

The birds of prey seem to lack the neck as well, which honestly as we saw in EP two, is a massive weakpoint.

Was the ship that actually performed the kidnapping the same as the one being used as a prison ship? I honestly couldn't tell.

(And didn't someone on Discovery also refer to it as a Bird of Prey at some point?)

Bird of prey maybe a term or a whole set of ship classes. Heck we have seen that name used for identical looking ships in like 4 sizes

Maybe Starfleet is getting like B-17 crews over Germany, and just calling everything that shoots at them a Messerschmitt or a Fokker, regardless of what it actually is. Or that every Japanese fighter is a Zero.
