23 year difference, perhaps we will also see an equivalent Excelsior class much sooner as well.
At most, we know that the ship was under construction in 2263 at Starbase Yorktown and, if the ship mentioned by Commodore Paris is the same as the Enterprise-A, she was the most advanced ship in the fleet upon completion.
Which brings up the question why the most advanced ship in the fleet is being built on a space station on the edge of Federation space instead of Utopia Planitia or whereever they build ships in the Kelvin Timeline.
