Zero, not "oh", O is a letter, not a number.
Ordinarily, I'm all in favor of this kind of pedantry, but my math teacher in 7th grade actually went off on a screaming tirade about this at everyone in the class one day. And he was pretty much a jerk the rest of the time, too.

So screw him. It's One-Seven-Oh-One for me, please and thank you. :devil:

I think purely because of Yesterday's Enterprise, and how Tasha Yar says it.
"One seven, oh one... C. USS....... Enterprise."

Other. I'd approximately say "seyventeenhonderd an eyn", as my native language isn't English:)

If we add that restriction though, I probably would go for seventeen-oh-one, but only because I've heard that a number of times in either Trek itself or in actors talking about trek. I suppose the first two options are better in an 'official' sense.
