Anton Yelchin dead in rollaway car accident

I just started a thread in this same forum; more can remove it if they want.

It's such a shame. Based on reports, it looks like it was an unfortunate accident.

Devastating news. He was just a couple of years younger than me, and if the mixture of indie and studio films he starred in is any indication, had a long career ahead of him. Thoughts with his family and friends.

Sad news:(

I'd forgotten I'd seen him in Along came a spider (though I probably saw him first in ER)

RIP.

I just heard this devastating news and suddenly the film seems irrelevant now, I am so heartbroken for him and his family and I pray God gives them the strength to heal. so so so sad.

WOW,..... JUST WOW...... So sorry to hear, 27 is way TOO YOUNG to go

I really liked him as an actor thought he we great in Terminator Salvation also

I'm in shock. I saw a tweet about it and I thought it was a joke.

His career was on an upswing. I heard an interview with him on a movie podcast talking about Green Room and he was very passionate about that role. This kind of reminds me of when Ledger passed away. A young actor who was entering the prime of his career dying so soon and so suddenly.

This is terrible, and it's just such a shock! My first reaction was Anton Yelchin?! A car accident. *sigh*
My condolences to his friends and family, and may this fine young man rest in peace. :(
