That is grammatically confusing since it translates in the positive to "If it has Serkis, it's crap." But I'm pretty sure the ghetto meaning is the opposite, unless you just don't like Serkis and you're being grammatically clever. That said:
The Hobbit had Serkis for a scene and the scene was good. Although Serkis was behind the camera in some cases elsewhere, the rest was Jackson's juvenile and excessive indulgences. It turns out he needs more limited resources to make a good movie like the far superior LOTR. So maybe adjust your quote to "If you ain't got Serkis on screen..."

1st time watching the 1st trailer... I was like that seemed a bit "busy"... Not that it's bad, just that there was a lot going on in it... To fast pace to keep track of what was going on... Yes, I'm over 50, but doubt that's the issue...
After watching the "break down" of the 1st trailer it slowed it down to the point I could understand what was going on a bit better then that 1st raw watch through...
Hopefully the 2nd trailer won't be as fast paced as the 1st one, heck 2nd trailer might be during the Super Bowl, what better place then to showcase a longer ad that has a less hectic tone to it then during the big game...

Is the Enterprise to be completely destroyed? Kirk mentioned not having a ship, and in the trailer is appears to be ripped apart.
I truly hope it is not destroyed. She is still new and has only begun its 5 year mission. Non Trekkers probably wont care all that much but as a fan, seeing it destroyed so early will be very upsetting.

It would seem it will be. It's pretty much confirmed at this point. The ship is broken into three pieces and dropped down on the planet. One nacelle is taken off the drive section, and then the saucer is torn from the drive section. There are other ships involved in the film. One other has been clearly named "USS Franklin." So, we're likely going to see our plucky heroes pulling a junker together to get the job done.

By the time this movie starts, the Enterprise is about 4 yours into service, give or take. It's been confirmed they are about 2,5 years into the 5YM.
They can't do much exploring if they don't leave the ship, can they?
They do, the USS Franklin. A little older, rougher around the edges, but they have one.
"You ain't got crap" means that if you have anything at all, it is way below the level of crap.

I didn't get the sense of a snuff film from those; i.e., they were more organic rather than a cheap throwaway device. Except for Nemesis - I felt Data's death was Kirkish there in terms of what-a-waste. I didn't care about the ramming; the Enterprise was not killed/destroyed.
Meh. Think TWOK (OMG, they killed Spock!), TSFS (OMG, they destroyed the Enterprise!), GEN (OMG, they destroyed the Enterprise!), and NEM (OMG, they killed Data!). If it's too easy, Pegg isn't the only one in Trek to have imbibed in it. That's a hefty forty percent of the previous ten Trek movies.
In big time blockbusters, the stakes have to be high and no one or no thing should be safe.
