Neither were those "orange" size bosoms when she was 20/30s either.
She has a broad frame - always has done and the face in that picture isn't one of a 20 year old or even 30 year old at that. The face in proportion with the rest is a clear indication it has been created with a little help from Mr Photoshop and his friend Mr Brush

Last time, on Star Trek Voyager..
Actually last night I had a dream where I was making lentil soup (which I intended to, and have made today) and suddenly JANEWAY appeared in the doorway. The sliding trek doorway.. and she was wearing grey sweat pants with her command red top tucked into them. It looked awful. She did that whole one hand on hip, one hand on doorway thang and asked me.. "do you think I look good in this?"
Like a dumb chicken I nodded vigorously as my lentils boiled and said YES YES MY GOD YES!
