Change of command
Just some more Sovereign beauty shots:
I just noticed, that the Bajoran sun is the old dim one from before the system upgrade.
The new one is bright as a sun should be with lensflare even.
Here's some screenshots I took while spacewalking on DS9 (which yo do in Episode 5 - "Boldly They Rode" of the most recent STO FE series - "The 2800"):
It's a long way down!
Hey! I can see my ship from here!
Why do I have to cleanup after the Klingons, what is this? "Leasure Suit Larry"?
[Singing]: Am I green...am I green?
Coming in for a landing.
I have to say, the scale of the station in the final episode is spot on. It's such a pitty we can't have it at this scale normally.
Not only can my character hold his breath a LOT longer than I can, I can't help but notice that my engineer's armour looks a lot like pajamas.
I tried my moves on this cute number, but she just wouldn't talk to me...
What's the location of the first picture?
If I remember correctly, that was on a ship called the Kelso. It was part of an episode written by one of the fans. I don't remember what it was called. It had to do with an extragalactic race that came back for an exchange every 100 and something years. I think there was some kind of espianage or foul play involved that we had to investigate.
Rather fun, in all.
Um, I've played that mission but I don't remember it having any greenery.
I jumped off the platform. That may have had something to do with it.
While I'm thinking about it, I seem to keep running into this chick:
It must be some sort of bizarre stalking thing going on here.
Or is it a stocking thing going on..?
Is it "City of the Polmar Ree"? Once every 216 years, every sentient species in the galaxy is invited to the extra-galactic space city of the ancient Polmar Ree.
If so, yes you need to get off the platform and see some of the interesting things that are available. I didn't remember the water and bridge though.
It looks like blondie is a player char. They are probably in your timezone. If blondie were a npc, I think npcs are game wide. So you'll see the same ones no matter what map you are one. After a while they will reset to a different npc though.
Yes, it was "City of the Polmar Ree." I'm bad with titles. I do try to spend time just exploring the environments, when I can. By the way, anyone know how I can try to build one of these missions...?
When you are on the character selection screen, you need to click that second tab, that says Create Content. Create a Foundry character there and start...
The toolset takes some effort to master and you should seek out some video tutorials.
I believe there are some excellent on "Starbase UGC" website.
Maybe it's an Andorian thing, but I just think it's awesome how my first officer can sit in a chair without her ass ever touching the seat.
Either some dark matter just phased through here or my chief engineer has some serious explaining to do
Got another transporter accident here!
You can't tell from here, but two of my officers ended up on the roof of that building. I fired my transporter chief!
And from my testing on Tribble, a slight defect in the odyssey's windshield:
Obligatory crew shot as my crew settles in to their new home aboard the science class Odyssey ship The USS Scimitar...
From left to right...
Tactical Officer Mel - 'Orion' (will be replaced with a real Orion when I get the level lol)
Chief Engineer Peter Biship - Human
First Officer Sara - Ex-Borg
Rear Admiral Alexander
Chief Medical Officer Holli Would - Caitian
Tactical Officer Chez;syrre - Bajoran (soon to be gone as she's pretty useless to me currently)
Science Officer T'Pong - Vulcan
gotta give the designer of the new Odyssey bridge kudos... the more i look at it, the more gorgeous i think it is...
absolutely love it
