Obviously the EMH has the most "knowledge"

but you have to factor things such as creativity and applied experiance.

    Pick one

I think that Bashir is the best doktor mainly because of his ability to learn quickly, that's why he got my vote

I have no desire to debate the 'who is the best' question, but without a doubt, my favourite Dr. is the original, Dr. Leonard H. McCoy.

I suppose in the end, since he is genetically enginereed, Bashir is the most skilled and competent doctor.

But Bashir can't tell the difference between a preganglionic fiber and a postganglionic nerve.

He answered incorrectly on purpose. It is funny that he uses that story to get the ladies.

The EMH is certainly the best doctor of the lot.

I think McCoy is the best surgeon & general practitioner and Bashir the best at medical research and diagnosis.

The EMH is a cheat, Crusher is too much of a mother hen at times, and some of Phlox's cures can possibly kill me. Pulaski's good, but I think she's prone to "tough love" and telling some hurt people to just walk it off...

If I were illin', I'd want Bones working on me. He takes charge. I don't care about bedside manner, though his is varied, depending on the crewperson, so he's probably masterful at that angle too. He takes charge. Always sprayin' some hypo full of better living through chemistry, Space Age elixer into somebody's veins whether they assent or not. Fsssss.

    Love it!

i have to say that I'd be happy with any Trek doctor. But my personal favorite for bedside manner and skills is Dr. Bashier.

Wait a minute. Are we talking McCoy (Prime), or McCoy (JJVerse)?
