Hush Hush By Avril Lavigne
Sweet Harmony by The Beloved
Looking up one hit wonders of the 80s, just finished "I Want Candy" by Bow Wow Wow.
Jump by Kris Kros
"If I Needed Someone," The Beatles
Tangerine Dream - 'Phaedra'
Bit of a melancholy mood today, so I picked something that just really reaches deep down:
"Nights on Broadway," The Bee Gees
Don't Stop by Fleetwood Mac
I really like that song. Good choice. Hope it made you feel a little bit better, man.
It did, Eddie. Thank you for the concern.
It's one of those songs that manages to pick you up just a little bit. I've always been a fan of Gerry and the Pacemakers, and this song in just a way that it feels like Gerry's talking right to you, as a friend.
Sometimes sad songs do a good job of lifting you back up. When I get melancholy, or depressed, I listen to some Elton John, Jim Croce, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Simon & Garfunkel, and it's like they know right where to touch your heart to make things feel just a little bit better.
"Let Her Go" by Passenger.
"It Hurts To Be In Love" - Gene Pitney
”Love And Marriage,” Frank Sinatra
Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees
"If You Don't Know Me By Now" by Simply Red
"If You Could Read My Mind," Gordon Lightfoot
I have only one thing to say about all these songs (& by extension, the people posting them):
The last song I listened to was "Mishto" by Gogol Bordello (http://youtu.be/_aJIex2xiEI; I did shoot that video, yes...)
"We Are Young" - Fun.
