Pita sandwiches and a little pasta.
Slit pea & ham soup...a chocolate pudding cup.
I'll probably get some pizza tonight. Not entirely sure yet.
Made chili to have tonight...mmm...chili.
Tortellini with olive and garlic tomato sauce.
Dumplings, one set spicy chicken, the other prawn. Crazy about 'em.
Canneloni with spinach and bolognese
Ordered the first pizza in my new place and it only took me three months to do so! I ordered a medium pepperoni feast with cheesy bread and a 2 liter coke. The cheesy bread was the best part.

A couple of salad sandwiches on multigrain bread and a big mug of tea....lovely.
It was a beautiful spring day, and I was inspired to fire up the grill, so I made Baby Back Ribs and cole slaw.
^I broke out the grill and made burgers for lunch. I'm having friends over for dinner later, I can't wait to chill out on the porch and have a beer.
Last night's dinner was homemade chicken chalupas and refried beans.
Tonight will be stuffed chicken breasts with apricot and ricotta. It's a recipe in our Jackson Hole Cooks! book that we've eyed for a while, just never wanted to take the time to make.
Nachos. Sort of.
Vegetable chow mein.
Cold ham, creamy mash, carrots, peas and mashed turnip...Lovely.
Hamburgers cooked on the grill and a few cold Shiner Bocks.
Roasted a small turkey, with stuffing, asparagus and cranberry sauce. Thanksgiving in March.
Hoagie sandwiches with luncheon meats and swiss cheese.
Tuna salad with garlic bread.
Liver wurst, imported German bred.
