Shrimp tacos at Escalante's. And about a 1/2 ton of chips and salsa.
Sloppy Joe and pears.
I made a vat of fresh lentil soup so we had that with some italian bread. When it comes to making fresh soups and stew, i ROCK.
Actually, inspired by it finally hitting 60 degrees here, we fired up the grill and grilled chicken for fajitas.
(But, I bet grilled alpaca would make good fajita meat.)
Pita pocket sandwiches and macaroni salad.
^ Snap. Hummous with warm pitta bread slices.
barbecued skinless boneless chicken breasts, mashed sweet potatoes, black bean salad and for dessert fresh raspberries and strawberries with fat free whipped topping.
Chicken stir fry.
Pretty intense stir fry. It was awesome.
Spaghetti with a parmesan meatball sauce and some garlic bread.
Vegetable spring rolls.
Brown rice with mashed potatoes.
Brisket, veggie-rice and greenbeans. A very Texan dinner.
Stopped at Applebees and had French Onion soup, spinach/artichoke dip, a bacon cheeseburger and a couple of drinks.
Tomato soup & then a cup of chocolate pudding.
Buffalo style chicken sausage over whole wheat pasta and a huge salad with strawberry balsamic dressing.

We had a quick dish of macaroni. No biggie last night.
