Personal Supreme Pizza(Red Baron) & Chicken Nuggets...which I dipped in tar tar sauce...not bad.
Chicken Helper - Chicken Fried Rice
I scraped the toppings off of several pieces of pizza and ate that.
Chicken Fajitas. They came out really good!
Last night I made Sauteed Shrimp w/ Fried Garlic and Baked Tomatoes with a spinach salad then cheese and grapes for dessert.
Lamb butterfly leg. With mint sauce. Baked potatoes. And a rocket leaf salad on the side.
Homemade pizza with salami (no pepperoni in the house).
In a startling break from tradition... cannelloni.
I made soft tacos. They were fully loaded.
Refried beans, santa fe rice, seasoned beef, chedder cheese, taco sauce, lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
See now this thread makes me hungry and dinner's quite a ways away. Boo.
Veggetarian. Tofu, potato stew with fresh garlic and lots of chili. Very nice.
Nuttin'. The Hubby and I both got home from work way late last night.
Actually, does a handful of almonds and a martini olive count (hey, it had been a tough day)?
I have a class that runs as late as 10:30 on Thursday nights. Last night we got out at 10:15, drove half an hour home and got home around 10:45. Mellowed out for a bit, and had a leftover homemade calzone (filled with mushroom and broccoli) around 11:15 while watching classic Iron Chef.
We are having company for dinner tomorrow and are making lasagne and some sort of appetizer. Others will bring salad, dessert, beer, and an Australian Shepherd.
I'm eating crackers.
Spaghetti, with a twist.
I use organic sauce that I tweak with some chopped garlic, organic mushroom stems and bits, Oregano, and Italian seasoning. I crumble and lightly fry some tofu in a pan while seasoning it with Worcestchire sauce. The tofu is then mixed with the already simmering sauce.
Best spaghetti I have ever prepared, to date.
If it's Saturday, then it must be lasagna.
I made cashew chicken.
