Leftovers from the weekend.
Beef Milanese, pasta and salad.
Footlong Steak and Cheese from Subway. Dr. Pepper.

I decided to eat processed food yesterday.
It was nasty.
I am still feeling it today.
Since I'm on a high fat, low carb diet there shouldn't be any reason why I should 'splurge' especially on cheap tasting food.
Wheat tortellini, and peas & carrots for a veggie.

Bacon cheese burger & fries
Pizza and Coke.
A couple of bowls of cereal.
sauteed pork, rice and salad.
Chinese food and Coke. My last night in my own bed for awhile so felt like splurging a bit.
