Spaghetti with turkey meatsauce and ceasar salad

Spaghetti and salad, with some french bread. Glass of Red Wine. Chocolate Chip cookie for desert.
Green leaf lettuce, roma tomato, onion, fat free refried beans, seasoned shredded cheese, all put together on a whole wheat low carb tortilla. (x 2)
Quarter Pounder with cheese, side salad with ceasar dressing, and a medium diet coke
Left over Spaghetti with toast.
Angel hair pasta with sauce, some cold macaroni salad and a couple of breadsticks.
Chili-cheeseburger and fries.
Spinach & Mushroom pot pie from Boomerang's.
Leftover Chinese food.
A slice of bread with gouda. Yum!
Grilled Cheese and Bacon sandwiches. Coke Zero.
PB&J sandwich and a BEC sandwich
