Barbequed lamb wrap with a spicy barbecue sauce, onions, and various greens.
Last night: lamb shish kebob, rice, salad and tabouli. Will be eating the leftovers for a couple days.
Tonight: leftover (from lunch) spinach-and-portabella-mushroom pizza.
Beef fajitas, and the left overs will supplement my salads for dinner this week.
Roast Chicken and homemade Potato Salad.
Some enchiladas and Mexican-style rice.
Chicken, noodles, salad
Last night, I upgraded from my clear liquid diet to grilled chicken and white rice. About the only seasonings or add-ons were some salt and pepper and a bit of butter on the rice. But I'm working my way back to real food. :-)
teriyaki pork, rice and zucchini.
Chicken skewers with a pineapple-y glaze, fried rice.
A Mexican platter and a lot more margaritas than I needed
BBQ steak well done, with leftover potato salad. Coke.
Some thin-crust takeout pizza.
White Castle Cheeseburgers from the grocery freezer section. Not as good as the real thing, but no stores here.
Enchiladas. Ground turkey used instead of beef.
Chicken Florentine with salad.
Teriyaki noodles and a side of rice.
BBQ Hamburgers. Glass of red wine.
Salmon, rice, and a salad.
Ham, noodles and mixed veggies.
Slice of Pizza and Coke.
