Chicken breast and macaroni salad.

5lbs fatty meat, you want the juice.
You want (if you don't want to chop all these vegetables) you can get 2 32oz cans of a tomato, green pepper, onion mixture.
Elbow Macaroni noodles (cook as much as needed, you won't add it to the mixture.)
Cook the meat until brown dump in cans or chopped vegetables, simmer while making the noodles. Enjoy. Buttered toast is good with this.
A rather large salad and fresh fruit.
Left over Ham and Pea soup with toast. Vanilla Coke.
Baked salmon, roasted potatoes, and broccoli slaw.
A terrific, thick chicken salad sandwich on multigrain bread, some chips and diet soda.
Cheese ravioli and salad
Chicken Wings and Vanilla Coke.
Chicken thighs, noodles, and sautéed grape tomatoes.
meat loaf and a baked potato
Baked tilapia, corn and green beans.
And then a doughnut, because my arteries were too damn clean.
A turkey sandwich on multigrain bread and a huge pile of coleslaw.
