Chicken Linguine with alfredo sauce, and a Caesar Salad. Chocolate/Peanut Butter cookies for desert.

Watched the Grey Cup game with some KFC, fries and gravy, and alcohol. A family tradition.

Smothered turkey wings, spicy rice, and refried beans
Chicken Noodle Soup with toast, and Coke.
No idea what I will have tonight, but after being on the road the last 3 nights, I'm ready for my own cooking again.
It is impossible to find something healthy out, particularly when on a tight per diem.
I just want something homey at this point. I'm tired of pizza shooters, shrimp poppers, and extreme fajitas.

Angel hair pasta with chunky sauce and mini-meatballs.
pot roast with potatoes, onions and carrots.
Pan fried pork chops with cheddar and broccoli mac and cheese. the pan fried chops were breaded, got to say I recommend it. Use Crisco oil to fry it, the breading is a 1 1/2 cup floor, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt. Rinse chops and mix it into the breading.
Grilled chicken and Idaho potatoes.
