It was a very late dinner of a vegan salami sandwich with tortilla chips and hummus.
@Rhubarbodendron...my Mom made it. I'll have to ask her where she got it from.

I made a cranberry pie earlier, and will post pics if it turns out anything like that. I don't like sweet stuff, so I figured cranberries would do the trick.

Ah, I thought it was homemade. Don't bother, please. If it's from a shop it won't be available over here in Bavaria anyway.
Stir-fried pork with leeks and bell peppers, chinese style.
Pork medallions with garlic salsa, perogies, stir fried celery, and a salad.
Steak marinated in a marinade I made - mainly shallots, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
Had couscous with some veggies thrown in as well.
Also made a cranberry pie the other day I had for dessert.
pot roast. I added potatoes, onions, bell peppers and Dijon seasoned carrots to it. Deelish...! Great on a cold night for sure.
A hamburger and a french bread pizza. Chased it down with diet soda on ice.
@Rhubarboden, it was homemade...but the recipe is from the Food Processor Bible book.
Pasta and bread along with Pepsi.
Hawaiian pizza and coleslaw.
Leftover pizza pulled out of the freezer and reheated in the oven. It was just like new (as opposed to nuking in the microwave and getting a soggy blob).
