Brown rice with diet soda. Kept it very simple.
Basil pesto pasta salad at work.
A bowl of organic pumpkin soap
Mac and Cheese. Had Butterscotch pie for dessert.
Seafood and green onion pancake at a Korean restaurant.
Cereal. Wasn't that hungry.
Took some tuna and leftover chicken, made salad out of it, and put on a sandwich. I nibbled a lot in the afternoon was not that hungry.
A turkey sandwich and fruit.
^That works for me.
I'm surprised how not hungry I was given that I hiked all afternoon. The bag of craisins and a couple of Hammer Gels I had along the way went further than I thought they would. Then again my dog's knee was acting up and slowed us down considerably toward the end, so I wasn't burning off as much.
meat loaf and baked potatos loaded with butter and sour cream topped with green onions.
I like mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes, French fries, hash browns, etc.
But I loathe baked taters.
Again, just a sandwich and fruit. It's been really hard the past few days to turn down fries and chips, but I'm trying to make it a habit since, well, I kinda have to.
BBQ Smokies with Yam Fries.
BBQ Pork Tenderloin with BBQ potatoes and carrots. Homemade Carrot Cake with Greek Yogurt for dessert.
A couple of hot dogs with chunky chili, mustard and onions along with Diet Coke on ice.
Little less than half of this reuben. There was so much meat on it I could not even attempt to eat it all. Tasty though.
