Schnitzel (is there even an english word for it?) in a white wine/garlic sauce with some spaghetti
Stew with some nice french bread.
Pork chop with picante sauce, baked potato and pile of veggies.
Chicken Breast marinaded in a 7-UP marinade with sides.
and for desert a Magnum Double Chocolate Ice cream bar.

Pork chops, peas and pasta. Boring.
Chicken Pot Pie. Water.
Halibut & Chips.
grilled some hamburgers, baked beans, chips with ranch dip and potato salad
Italian sausage and potatoes - both done on the BBQ. Horseradish mustard as a condiment.
Last night was rice, shrimp and egg rolls.
Pork Roast with Asparagus, roast potatoes, and green beans.

Watermelon--oh, so sweet! You know how sometimes you have a watermelon, take that first bite...and it’s not sweet? What a letdown! Not this one. Sweet, watery, perfect!
Pineapple--sweet and tangy
Strawberries--CA strawberries are the best! I froze some for later
Peaches--locally grown, sweet and juicy
Grapes--green thompson seedless, with a firm-ish shell giving a nice “crunch” when bitten into
blueberries--right in season. I froze the rest to put in my morning cereal. I didn’t realize how much a few blueberries liven up cereal.
Bananas--because they’re just needed in a fruit salad, right?
Oh, and a bit of balsamic vinegar for bite. Just a few drops here and there, not a dressing or anything.
That sounds like an awesome fruit salad, propita! But I'd be more likely to have it for dessert than dinner.
I made baked chicken w/herbs, jasmine rice, and caesar salad. Well, okay, I didn't exactly make the salad - I opened a bag. But it was still yummy.
BBQ Steak Sandwich.
Some remarkably bad fish that hubby bought at Costco.
