I made some chili in the crock pot. I loaded it with green bell peppers, onions and tomatoes and some roast beef. It was awesome!
Some homemade beef stew. Good stuff.
I had spaghetti with an Italian sausage sauce. It was awesome. Drinking Coke.
Garlic steak and steamed vegetables.
It was delicious.
It was also leftovers from my dad's job (they got a free dinner).
Did I mention it was delicious? It was.
Balsamic pork, wild rice and green beans. It was a little bland; I should have added more pepper.
BBQ Smokies with Coke and chips.
I served pork roast, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots and cauliflower in butter sauce, and macaroni and cheese.
Some salisbury steak and homemade mashed potatoes. Washed it all down with some diet soda on ice. Hey, J. looks like we were thinking along some similar lines eh?
Indeed we are.
I'm enjoying it while it lasts, though, since I'm going full veggie in about 3 months!

Didn't feel up to cooking and making a mess so it was a Burger King takeout night. Nothing fancy or complicated. Just a nice, unhealthy meal after a day of sweating, burning calories and craving something along those lines.
Last night? Nothing. (food poisoning sucks!)
Today I lived on saltines, ginger ale and a banana or two. I'm just about to have some chicken noodle soup for dinner tonight.

Went to Denny's for the first time in almost a year...and ended up regretting it, not because of what I ate, but how much I spent lol. Had a Hickory Chicken Sandwich with a Strawberry Milkshake, and had a slice of Peanut Butter Silk Pie for desert.
