Last night, my wife and I had ribeye steaks (these bastards were about two inches thick prior to cooking, they were amazing), fresh mashed potatoes, white sweet corn and a romaine salad topped with balsamic vinaigrette. I went light on the Dijon mustard in favor of some extra garlic while blending the dressing, and it turned out amazing.
Baked chicken, pasta and biscuits.
So much delicious sushi at my favourite restaurant.

Turns out they reopened under new management as some hip, trendy Japanese bistro.
As for last night, red beans over coconut rice.
