wondered if anyone noticed his?
He had been in Starfleet
for far longer than any
other biped aboard the Enterprise
so it stood to reason
that he was the most
appreciated......didn't it? He wondered
how many times he'd been
laughed at behind his back
when he left the bridge.
It was bad enough that
McCoy couldn't resist teasing him
- even with Kirk present - but the thought
of everybody else doing the
hokey-pokey without being invited - well,
that was something that he
never thought possible. Ever since
he was at the Academy
cadets were putting their left
feet inside the ceremonial fountain
