The texture of kilt fabric
was basically like Swiffer cloth,
only different. Different look, different
smell, and generally more tartany.
It was easily washable so
the tribble hair attraction wasn't
really that big a problem,
for a garbage scow anyway.
The crew of a scow
was usually easy to feed
because their appetites were stunted
by the pervasive smell of
all the alien garbage onboard.
The worst was the used
underwear and condoms that some
Edoans threw out. Being trifurcated
resulted in exponentially filthier laundry.
Then there were the Tellarite
nostril cleansing rags. When used,
they often became sentient life
