I don't get the concept of Lego Rock Band. So the animation is Lego. Everything else is the same, right? You can't Lego-ize a song. Unless you're getting songs on it that you can't get otherwise (like Rock Band AC/DC), which hopefully you can also download to your console, what's the point?

I think that the point is that you can customize the experience while playing the same songs. Now you can do Star Wars Rock Band, Star Trek Rock Band... all kinds of different skins until you find one you like.

It's aimed at a younger audience - all the songs will be "kid- and family-friendly', supposedly.

Wasn't "Zero" already released as DLC?

Oops. You're right. I guess I somehow looked at an old page on the web site.

    Jane's Addiction it is.

I could really use some Kings of Leon on DLC that would be pretty sweet.

Heh - this is last year's d/l for that week.

Didn't get any Jane's, and I'm not overly interested in next week's DLC. I'll pick up a couple of things like the Allman Brothers, but that will be about it.

Well, "Freebird" makes it an automatic purchase, but there are definitely a few faves missing from that list. Where, oh WHERE are the Guns'n'Roses tracks????

Activision also announced "Guitar Hero: Van Halen" and a couple other games.
