Peep peep, I'm new. :) I like all the Trek series. Not sure which my favorite is, as I like aspects of each. Probably DS9 but haven't seen much beyond the first two seasons (but just found out that my local library has almost all the DS9 seasons, so party...), and I have fond memories of watching TNG when it was new. Anyway, glad to be here. *salute*

hi :) Welcome to the board. Do you happen to post at other Trek- and Andromeda-related boards as well? Your name seems so familiar.

    Hey all...

    Glad to be here..

Um, is it proper Forum etiquette to post an intro in all the Welcome threads? I'm glad to say hello- truly.. i just don't want to post all over the place and seem like an idiot... i think this is at least the third. Is there a Secret Handshake? Feeling a wee bit unsure...

Love the Forum, tho. Thanks for having me...

    Hi, welcome :)

Naah, there's no secret handshake or the like (might be a bit difficult unless we invent a special smilie for it). And one welcome thread is generally sufficient.
It is good style, though, to also say hi in the lounge (which is imho the best part of the board).

Posting all over the board is not necessarily something bad. It's good for your postcount and promotion ;)

If I haven't logged-in in, like, a year, do I count as being new again? :)

Hmmmm, I'd say that makes you "used", not "new" :p

^I believe that an aquaintance of mine was actually recently told by her parents that she better get 'a bit unpregnant'. ;)

not exactly, but I am used to only my countrymen being blunt. In my experience, Americans, Britains and Canadians - the vast majority of members here - tend to prefer a very winded and indirect approach
