    I guess the writers forgot that the "A" symbol was not the original Earth one, but the O-l one from the Antarctic Gate was.

    There we go again. That's freaking annoying. Why didn't they just do the thing commercial-free with an intermission break with commercials between parts 1 &2?

    Well, y'know? I think it'll be interesting if Colonel-guy dies and Lt. Buzzcut Hotpants is the senior military officer. To see someone that young assume command would open up some good possibilities.

    Icarus Base, 21 light years from Earth, apparently the planet has a unique radiated core that is very powerful

    I guess that the Hammond hasn't been fitted with beam weapons yet, cause if they could cut through an Ori ship in 4 shots they should be able to slice right through a Ha'tak in one.
