He ordered Commander Riker to leave Enterprise
in Data's trusty hands, while together they
went searching the fabled Lost City of
the planet Beron. They took Spot and
a quart of Captain Morgan's rum, beaming
down into several Prime Directive violations, but
what Starfleet didn't know wouldn't hurt them.
While Picard and Riker were working, Spot
began killing vast numbers of native rodentia,
thus getting the natives angry. They began
building bonfires, got naked, and started chanting
"Cumma sun-up, we gonna f#$% you up!"
"They must think we're Gods," said Picard,
tugging on his jacket, clearly pleased that
Riker didn't have one. "We should
making an offering. Commander, where is Spot?"
"Haven't seen him. How about your jacket?"
"I don't have a jacket, Captain."
