    That's a shame. I know he shows up a bit on some of the special features that are found on the Star Trek Blu-Rays, but was he ever extensively interviewed about his role on the show?

    Thanks for the post, Maurice. Mr. Nemecek's blog post is very nice tribute to Mr. Washburn - and there are some great photos as well. It would have been great if Mr. Washburn had published a "Charlie Star Trek" book. I'll bet he had some great stories.

    He wrote one of the finest behind-the-scenes on TOS articles I've ever read (years ago in "Starlog").

    You are right, Sir Rhosis. Easily trackable on line, his 'Starlog' article is great. Given enough material, his would have been a remarkable book. Thanks.

    I found it, on MyStarTrekScrapbook. Definitely worth a look. Reads like a few pages from "Inside Star Trek". :techman:
