Hi. This only applies to premium members, and those that subscribed before the switch to XenForo at the beginning of January. A number of people have encountered issues that their memberships have auto-renewed, then the system is not picking up this payment status. If you became premium last year, please CANCEL any existing subscriptions in your PayPal account. To do this: Log in to your PayPal account. Click Profile near the top of the page. Click Payment preferences. Click Update next to "My preapproved payments". Select your premium membership subscription and cancel it. Then, when your premium membership expires, just add a new subscription as if you were joining up for the first time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
