In the background Cook (Lucita Faria) and Nicholls (P Case Aiken) work to repair some damage.
Not able to post a photo at the moment, but just last night I cut together the "tag" scene for Polaris, which is perhaps the most emotional moment in the story. Fortunately it works even in rough assembly form, thanks to the actors!

Not unless you want to want everything in a Double Brodkin (a "screamer" shot), no.
Looks great so far. Can't wait to see the first ep.
All the best.
Well, as of now this is a single short movie rather than a series.

FREDERICKS: "You said there was no one out here."
YOUNG: "There shouldn’t be."
Dennis, et al: This all looks marvelous. Can't wait to see the finished product.
Nice clouds. Looks like they are being modeled explicitly in 3D.
Revised screenshot (July 16 2011) from the rough assembly in progress. Captain Fredericks (Paul R Sieber) discusses sensor readings with Commander Duncan (Nick Cook).
The stuff on the viewer remains placeholder but incorporates the planet model as it currently stands. The text remains placeholder and doesn't represent what the actual display will contain.
"Another one of them new worlds. No beer, no women, no pool parlors - nothin'. Nothin' to do but throw rocks at tin cans, and we gotta bring our own tin cans." - "Cookie," Forbidden Planet
