Out with the family this morning, picking some pumpkins.
It was a beautiful 42° when we were picking, I was napping a few minutes before this picture was taken.
This time of year has some great weather if you can tolerate the rapidly dropping morning temperatures. The Halloween season is great for doing things outdoors with friends and loved ones.
So my bike hit 17,000 miles today and I just happened to notice a certain number popped up...
Well, there goes your "safe driving discount" with Progressive.

I went to the annual Drag-artist competition Nattens Dronning, Queen of the Night, held right here in town last Saturday...

(She has a number of videos on YouTube -also the performances from this competition.)
It's kinda of a big deal around here; originally supposed to be a one-time fundraiser for the local "AIDS-info", but apparantly the girls had found a niche and the 2015 Nattens Dronning was the 22'nd.
Brilliant show, fantastic performances (and costumes and wigs of course), a great audience, excellent play between hostesses and judges and audience, a fabulous time was had by all... And then there was the afterparty, but that's quite a different story.
