Great pictures, MLB. Glad you had a good time.
Those aren't the colors. The white will be a dark blue and the yellow will be a light blue.
Damn right I did! Toronto is one of my favorite cities I have ever been to, and I miss it already. I'm fairly sure I'll be back next year!
My only regret is that I didn't get there in time this year to use the Union Pearson Express. I missed it by THREE WEEKS!
Rory decided to sit at the dinner table with me last night:
It'll certainly be convenient, but they set the cost rather high.
First proffessional haircut I've had in over thirty years:

Now all I need is a shave...
True dat, but it's a price I'd gladly pay. It's a damn sight cheaper than cab fare!
(Getting *from* the airport, I took the Airport Rocket bus to Kipling station, then a couple of subway lines to my hotel. Cheap, but took too damn long - almost an hour total. I'd gladly pay the UP Express fare to get there quicker - takes less than half an hour. And I can use my Presto card)
Squiggy, I'm enjoying watching your house go up. Love the balcony and the bay window.
MLB, nice pics of Toronto.
I'm jealous of your house progress pictures Squiggy. We bought a lot a few months ago and construction will start next March but we won't be able to drive by and check in on its progress since it is back home in Canada. I'll have to see if I can talk one of my family members to swing by and take pics once in a while, although they won't be allowed to go inside to take pictures.
Our builder is pretty great at keeping us updated. Most of these pictures have been from their weekly updates. But we also have family in the area who stalks the site and sends up updates because ONCE A WEEK IS NOT ENOUGH!
We also have free reign to wander around if the crew isn't working.
That's great. I think it is specifically stated in our agreement that we can't enter while it is under construction. The only time we are allowed is during our scheduled inspection.
Jut got a new tattoo (#3) on sunday. I went in at 11:00am and left at 12:30am so in total I spent more that 13 hours in the tattoo studio. well worth it though, you cant see very well but the detail in this is amazing!
I was going to get a star trek themed tattoo but I decided I would save that until later this year, that way I can plan it out a bit longer.
[OrsonWellesvoice] Peas, again? Reeaaally. [/OrsonWellesvoice]
Still my all time favorite outburst
Whenever a cat looks at a plate of food like that it's best to give him or her a bite, because if you walk away from the table for a few moments they're going to get their "bite" whether you like it or not.
And that's about the only way cats resemble dogs
Funny thing about Rory is he's not interested in eating "people foods". He just wants to see what I'm doing.
I'm also familiar with that behavior. Cats are usually fun to watch do cat things.
The many faces of Amelia.
She's developing quite the personality. All 4 of those pictures were taken about 3-4 minutes apart. Very animated, this one.
Picked up this today:
