And I thought this place was beweft of haberdashery puns. So many purls of wisdom in this close-knit community, it warps the fabric of my mind.

We went to Bryant Park for the Kids Food Festival this morning and it was a beautiful day.

Gorgeous shot, Seeker! I've got one of my own of those two buildings, from almost the same exact perspective, but without the foreground tree. I really like the juxtaposition you've created, especially because I love the look of the bare, organic branches in contrast to the angular shapes of the buildings. Nice work (as always)!

    ETA:
I also really like how you captured the ice formations in the Bryant Park fountain (from your flickr account).

Thanks! I have several shots of those building as well. On a clear day they make for some very interesting shots. It's pretty neat how our shots line up so closely.

Yeah, pretty cool! What gets me is that I've been in that exact same spot, and never thought to put the tree in front of the buildings. I'm going to have to be on the lookout to do more shots like yours in the future. Cheers!

I love the look of twisty branches so that's why I did it that way. Just with my iPhone too.
