Well, they got people wanting to sleep with the Doctor, yet he was an old man originally.

I also found some lovely new Dalek meshes that allow one to actually morph various parts, so you can create your own Dalek design, which is good, since I want to try to put some original styles in this as well, especially since I want to try to bring back the 1960's style Daleks, or at least various elements of them.

Enjoying playing about with some morphable Daleks I found last night, they really let one make original styles, as seen here.

    One small nitpick...

I can't really imagine a male of any humanoid species adopting such a prone position.

Honestly, looking over the body type, the clothes, and the poses (with clearly female sexual overtones) you've put her in, I'm finding myself really confused on how you understand this character to be biologically male.

I'd love to see, like, a diagram on the differences between sexes in the species you've created, or something. I'm assuming the males don't have external genitalia? And why do they have such developed mammary glands? Why do they look entirely like sexy bombshell chicks and not at all like a believable male of any species?

Sorry, just had to point that out. Carry on!

Well, here's how her species is like (and she has no idea where she came from, mind you, she was found as an infant in a box with a note to take good care of her), both sexes are pretty much girls, just different plumbing. I mean if Trek can have people with handle bar-like noses, ears big enough to make Prince Chuck look small, and killer cybernetic zombies, than this is no real big deal, either.

With the body types and clothes....I outta show you some male to female transsexuals that you'd never know were unless they told you or you looked up their skirt (the non-ops that is) I mean, if you saw her, you'd think you'd be seeing a pretty genetic female.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v176/Primacron/2675860453.jpg And I know a ts girl named Jesse, who does adult, x-rated films, and she was really feminine all her life, even as a boy, people kept think she was a girl, even them, going "oh, you have such a pretty daughter!" And only operations she had was a boob job; she's had nothing else and not even hormones. And here's 3 more girls at a party taking a photo together http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v176/Primacron/godesses_162.jpg and I'd not throw any of them out of my bedroom, I tell you what. ;) Hell, one of the girls in the James bond movies, "For Your Eyes Only", was a transsexual. Same goes for that one TV show Baldwin was in, which had Candace Cane, a transsexual, in it. Plus I speak to a person who works in the runway, catwalk modeling business, and quite a few of those girls are, in fact, male. And there's Andrej Pejic who's taking the modeling business nicely as well, he's a male, but is extremely feminine looking, and gorgeous, I might add.
Plus there's other femme males who are pretty much girls in looks and mentality.

And for the flip side, there's many, many women out there that you'd think were men. I mean look at all the Rosie O'Donnels, Janet Renos, and those women with the square shaped bodies, faces that look like John Goodman or Mark Henry. Plus there are many whom behave and act like men, from their clothes, to how they carry themselves, or to just how they interact with other people. So it's not a big stretch to realize that sex and gender can be totally separate from each other. I wish T'Gurl was here to toss in her own thoughts on this issue as well.

As for Cassy, I used a female Daz/Poser model, Aiko4 to be exact, and I actually did as much as I can to adjust the body, I made the hips small, boobs MUCH smaller (you'll notice she is very small on top, nearly flat chested, check out her tube top fighting the giant centipede, she's does not have that much on her chest breast wise) and waist a little wider. If I could have, I would have put a bulge in the front of her jeans or skirt, but the was unable to with the Aiko4 model.

While Cassy is biologically "a boy", she still is a she, if that seems less confusing or more for you. The universe is a weird and amazing place, I mean we have animals on earth with both sex organs and creatures who reproduce asexually, and I have been doing a good deal of research UFO and alien topic (despite what some of the naysayers on this forum will say other wise, since it seems to be a dirty issue), and there's so many amazing sort of aliens encounter by us, that a species of alien that are rather feminine in nature, despite whether they have a hole or a pole.

I also made Cassy with another reason as well: To both test the waters and push the envelope on characters in science fiction and fantasy, to make a heroine who not either the run of the mill porn star with big tits you see in comic books or the frumpy, plain Jane's you see in Star Wars (the non royalty and non sex slave types) or Aliens. To have a smart, strong likable, and beautiful character that can either fight Daleks and giant centipedes or able to sit down and discuss hyper-dimensional physics and quantum theory, and pretty much take traditional gender roles and toss them out the window, so much the better. I mean if someone has issues with the character of Cassy because of what's lurking under her thong, then they need to probably stop and think for a little bit about themselves.

And, no, finding Cassy attractive, despite having a trouser snake, does not make someone gay.:bolian:

Yes, but with external genitalia, you'd still see it if they exposed that region of their bodies. There'd be at least an indication that there's some kind of plumbing there.

    Absolutely!

See, somebody brought this up earlier in the thread and suggested you just openly establish her as transsexual, to which you replied that your character was simply a male of her species and was not transsexual. It's not transsexuals that confuse me, it's your portrayal of this particular character. Also, pre-op male-to-female transsexuals do have indications of being biologically male, if you know where to look, and what confused me was what you considered to be male about this character (as again, she has no bulge, no sight of external genitalia despite the number of revealing shots in tight clothing you've shown of her).

    Ah. Fair enough.

Well, the universe is a weird place, but humanoids tend to draw from what we already know and are familiar with. Like how the Star Trek humanoids don't stray too far from the basic human form for the sake of making them relatable to a human audience rather than astounding and completely foreign. Transsexuals are nothing new and certainly wouldn't strike me as being creative worldbuilding if what we're talking about is making new species in the universe.

If what you are trying to explore is more cultural than biological, as in what you wish to accomplish is not unique life-forms but an exploration of cultural ideas humanity is still trying to get comfortable with (gender, sexuality) then that's fair, and I can't say it isn't something I'd be interested in. Gender studies are fascinating.

    Right.

Heh, I was getting that vibe. :P

Here's two more; Cassy with her loving wife, Luna. She's an albino Portuguese woman, and the nurse on board the mercenary ship, Pieces.

Oh, and in my Trek comics, there's going to be a lot more out of the ordinary aliens, as in not just people with a few half-baked grooves or spines on their faces.

Some of the Cybermen. I am not too fond of this design, but it's the only one I have right now. I have a 1960's Cyberman, but I am still trying to weed out the rendering issues it gives me, since it's sooooooo shiny when I do it right now. Maybe once I figure out that little issue, I'll use them. Anyhow, here's what I do got. The Cybermen are traveling the galaxy in a very old starship they managed to hijack many years ago. At least here I was able to get some of the vibes from the Revenge Cybermen, my favorite Cyberman design, and my favorite Cyberman story.

Also pondering on weather to jump straight into the Trek stories once I get everything ready, or should I do some of Cassy's journeys back on the world she lives on, since I am pretty much gonna focus on her exploits and the Trek stories are like just a chapter of those ongoing exploits. I do have a story, akin to an Indiana Jones-esque story, involving alien archeology and how she began traveling the stars.

And for the Trek stories, do I begin with the pilot story, or do I jump into a furhter story and go back to the pilot sometime later?

Speaking of the planet Cassy lives on, here's some scenes of it.

Here's Smoke Bailey, Cassy's human mentor, when he was a young man. Here he is taking part in the series of battles which would become known as The Goblin Wars.

A dark elf warrior riding with him in battle. Think of Smoke as a sort of Obi-Won Kenobi character, that or Jaga from Thundercats.

Being a transgender myself, as described Cassy is not a transsexual. However a case could be made that he is a transvestite, base upon his chosen apparel. Unless this is the common style of dress for males in his society, on that world.

There is a technique known as "tucking."

There are two cavities in one's abdomen that are the origins of where the testicles came from during the prenatal period. Their located just behind the penis. If one gently pushes one's testicles straight up, they will find the cavities and the testicles will settle right into them. Once the testicles are in their respective cavities one can then fold the penis back and it's held in place by tight fitting panties or a gaff.

From personal experience, this doesn't hurt.

If this is what Cassy is deliberately doing to result in there being no "bulge," that would be another indication that he is a transvestite.

Of course there is also the possibility that Cassy's species simply has internal testes, and either a very small penis or one that mostly retracts into his body when flaccid.

As far as Cassy's "man-boobs," a couple of my uncles have these too, admittedly they're a bit on the chubby side. It might be a biological feature of Cassy's species that both males and female nurse the babies.

    :)

You got it nearly right. Cassy's neither a transgender, nor a transvestite, though.

Cassy's species is pretty much thus: God or natural selection or intelligent design (Whatever you believe in) chooses all sorts of forms for life in the universe, and on Cassy's home world (which she never saw or even knows of), the bodily form nature has chosen for Cassy's species is a pretty much feminine form, just different genitals, is all. A male and a female of this species are pretty much the same, just the aforementioned genitals differentiating them....as I mentioned, I would have given Cassy a noticeable bulge in her pants, but the Aiko4 and Victoria4 model does not have that, and one would have to take the model and completely rework that region of her body (even the male models of Michael4 and Hiro4 don't have them, either. They in fact come with a separate genital set you need to attach to them), and that's beyond both my knowledge of 3D graphics and the software with which I am using. If I could make a bulge in her jeans, I would , but same thing goes. I do, in fact, have a placed a set of male genitals on the Cassy model itself, but placed in invisible mode when she's dressed, though I do have made some tasteful nude and semi-nude images of her, and you just need to go watch an adult transgender video to get a visual idea.

Cassy's breasts are there, just small, is all, since not every girl is a double D, you know, plus Cassy's very lean. And as for nursing, it's possible, I know a few transgender girls who actually can lactate, so it's no real stretch of imagination for a a male of this species to do so. If Trek can have 4 legged, silicon based hermaphrodites or humanoids with handle bar noses, then a species of humanoids who predominantly feminine in mind and body should not be to crazy, either. I've done a lot of paranormal research into UFO's and alien life over the years (PM if anyone wants to talk about it, since all there'd be nothing but cheesy captioned pictures, tinfoil hat jokes, and lots of ridicule on this site, if history repeats), and there's stuff out there that what one would see on Trek would pale in comparison, and I want to get some of that into my own stories, as well as some of the things I envision.

So, until when and if I can add a package to her jeans or skirts, we'll just have to assume she wears a gaff when dressed. It's all down to software limitation.
