This is a shuttle I am doing for a 2D illustration. I though, why not doing it in 3D. Inspired a bit by Star Trek.

This looks like, Once detailed and finished that this shuttle is gonna be quite awesome, although it looks as though it has the makings of a fighter.

I changed some things and made the side door and window. Worked on the shape of the engines. Fighter, no. I didn't even made any guns of any kinds on the ship.

Hey- that's looking pretty cool... Like the big Nacelles. Makes it look long range and fast. Not your little short range type of a shuttle.

Ok, now that I'm seeing more details, Its looking more and more like an advanced super duper fast shuttle with much longer range than the average shuttle. I want a Micro Machine of this thing already...oh crap, forgot, Galoob tanked years ago. Looking great dude!!!

The spoiler and aerofoils (if that is the right term) looks like something I'd want to use myself, not that you'd know, since I don't finish enough of my ideas to post them.

    They are a nice touch.

Your placement of the panel lines are excellent. Definitely adds a great feel of sleekness to it and actually adds some professionalism too. Its starting to look very functional. What program are you using to build this?

3Dsmax autodesk. Took me a while to learn it, still do...Before I was doing more Cinema 4D.

Sorry if it took a long time to post, but I hit a snag with the engines. The boolean on them was corrupted and I had no saved version prior to it, accept the very basic shape. So I started again (At least twice), but this time I stick with the original idea, to have kind of a part of it that is detach on the side. I think it's for the best, in the sens that the shape is more "together".

Now, that is awesome. I want a lifesize mockup of that design!!! Ok ok, I'll settle with a model kit of it. It really looks like a professional design. Now that you've done the details and all, I feel stupid for saying that it looked more like a fighter.

Thank you all for your kind words. This is it for that project, these are the last render. To follow, there should be 2 wallpapers in 2D illustrations in the finished section, eventually. I leave you with those and the reference page.

Those modules on the side of the nacelles: are they supposed to be pulse phasers or breaking thrusters? The lack of any other apparent weapons (phaser arrays) leads me to believe they are breaking thrusters.
