Wells and Madura to take over Savage Wolverine in June. I thought that Cho's story had more of a limited series feel to it than a an ongoing. Well, I'm in for the rest of Cho's arc and then dropping. I wonder if the book's format is going to be rotating teams writing Wolvie stories rather than a regular team.

My prediction: Frank Cho arc. Joe Mad arc. Third arc by third stringer. Cancellation.

Oh dear. Wells is fine as a writer, but Joe Mad...ugh. He's also doing an arc of Avenging Spider-Man as well.

Oh and Joe Q is drawing the final arc of Age of Ultron.

Actually, isn't he just drawing the last few pages? I figured it had something to do with Bendis' assertion that only three people know how AoU will end and that Joe Q was one of them.

Is it the final pages? I thought it was the entire last arc...maybe you're right.

Okay. I misread the article then :) I didn't mind either way. I don't mind Joe Q's art. Just his writing :)

And now they've had to shut the whole bloody mess down.

And my Comixology app can't connect to the storefront at all.

    Poorly planned promo.

Joe Q co-wrote "One More Day" and wrote "One Moment in Time". *Shudders*.

If memory serves he also wrote a really terrible Iron Man arc after Kurt Busiek left the book.

Also Daredevil Father and NYX. You can see that his true calling was more as an editor.

I have to wonder if this arc in Savage Wolverine was meant originally for Avenging Spider-Man and has been sitting in the file cabinet until Marvel could find a place to run it.

That is not very likely given how highly sought after Joe Mad is at Marvel that they even gave him Ultimates 3 with Loeb.

I just read an interview that said the Mad arc was originally meant for Avenging Spidey then they moved it over here.

Alternate universe, possible future, something like that. But whatever it is anything that has been delayed and shuffled as much as it has pretty much can't end up mattering much in the end.

I prefer to stay away from Avengers-era Bendis and stay happily with X-Men-era Bendis.
