Jimmy Savile must've been helped by willing accomplices around him and intimidated people who couldn't speak out at time, but most other people in the BBC seemed to be ignorant enablers, being taken in by his goofy facade and keeping him around because he was a successful family entertainer famed for selflessly raising money for charity and working around hospitals.

The BBC today can share some blame by allowing a sack of shit the size of Mt. Everest to blow up in a uncontrolled manner (by cancelling the Newsnight probe, going forward with their gushing Jimmy Savile tribute, and unwisely allowing their ITV rivals an opening to deliver a huge blow with their own Savile exposure documentary). But Jimmy Savile seemed to have had a talent at running rings around many people anyway (in his autobiography he boasted about manipulating and blackmailing local corrupt cops back in his 1950s dancehall days).

Jimmy Savile, like too many other successful psychopaths/sociopaths/criminal narcissists who are given a wide remit in a powerful organisation, has left the BBC in disarray and spread a lot of poison about.

If the BBC gets dismantled, then Jimmy Savile has won: two charities founded and operated in his name have already been shut down.

Then you get the tinfoil hatted nutters, who for years widely spread the Savile rumours, getting vindicated by most of the Savile rumours being officially confirmed true. They also claim other crazy shit, denouncing Jimmy Savile as a high priest of the Illuminati and a child pimp to global elites.

One other unconfirmed rumour is that Savile also liked fucking dead bodies. :ack::barf:

Yeah, the trouble is any shit thrown at Saville now, true or false, will stick and and sadly whilst I’m sure the majority of those coming forward to say they were abused are genuine, there will be a number of people who aren’t and who are coming forward because they’re attention seeking (the old Munchausen syndrome) or because they smell money.

Whatever the BBC's failings on this, the NHS, police, government, the royal family, hell even the pope, were also conned by this man, so all I hope is that the BBC isn't used as a scapegoat.

But yeah, not showing the original Newsnight report was a hell of an own goal.

Knighted by the Queen, honoured by the Pope, on friendly terms with Margaret Thatcher and Prince Charles to name just a few.

I'd just like to point out that the BBC will not be dismantled.

For a B-list celebrity he punched way above his weight with his unlikely connections with the rich and powerful. He comically boasted about connections with the IRA and other crime syndicates.

^I mentioned this gruesome rumour earlier. And if there's a serious eye witnesses' testament about Savile molesting a brain damaged patient, that's only a few steps away from being a corpse. And there's other rumours that he was way too interested in watching over dying patients...

Jimmy Savile resembles Patrick Bateman from American Psycho, sometimes blurting out confessions in public. Not only did Savile on HIGNFY and Louis Theroux documentary boast about being "feared in every girl's school in the country", he also alludes to necrophilia in an old Q Magazine:

It's oddly similar to his thinly disguised admittance and misdirection about being a paedophile towards the end of the Louis Theroux documentary...

Literally the only place they can go from here to keep up the increase in revelations is for a shepherd to come forward as a witness to Savile banging the flock...

Psychologically, they're very different deviations, though...

Jimmy Savile was incapable of maintaining a proper, level relationship with mature women, partially caused by his highly dominating and abusive sounding mother, and his mental fixation on his mother was so absolute (he lacked empathy with everybody else) he could only reliably get intercourse with bodies that won't have the same hang ups (hospitalised 11 year old girls, 14 year old special needs boys, and the occasional good looking corpse). Just some quick armchair psychoanalysis there.

I'm still betting on the shepherd being next, then...

Here's a recent comment by Louis Theroux about what he felt about Savile in that documentary all those years ago:

"The Catholic church in England and Wales has written to the Vatican to ask if Savile's Papal knighthood can be posthumously removed." I'm guessing the Vatican will say "hell, no, let's give him another one." Come to think of it, if he was Catholic he must have done confession - somebody needs to stop being obsessed with the BBC and get his priest(s) into an interrogation room...

Yesterday it also emerged on Yahoo news that Max Clifford is jumping into the Savile circus with both feet, representing "dozens of stars who don't remember if they shagged underage girls back in the day or not," which pretty much sounds the death knell for the Savile case being anything more serious than a cannibalistic media feeding frenzy for readers and viewers.

Well at least a actual police inverstigation is underway from all this.....i suppose that's something for those who suffered in this horrible case, might allow them to get some type of closure from it all at the end.

They've taken Paul Gadd (aka Gary Glitter) into custody today.

Speaking about Catholic Church and the "charity" of self-important sadists:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4nCaxHN-cY (the video embedding here really is appalling)

If anything I personally feel Mother Teresa was in some ways worse than Jimmy Savile (at least the charity he did was legit enough to give modern hospitals life saving machines).
