She looks great for 20. The shop I used to work at has an 18-19 year old "old lady" named Tabitha.
I love that picture of Maverick. What a beautiful face!
He photographs well. But boy can he a jealous jerk to the other cats. If one of them is cuddling with us, he will make sure to force that cat away so he can nuzzle his way in. There is a reason we call him the "Orange Asshole!"
^Ha! He's an..."insecure" kitty, then.
Keep track of the Guinness World Records, according to them the oldest recorded living cat is 25 and turns 26 this July. Once could be in hte running for a Guinness record.
Methinks someone likes Top Gun....
Does Maverick make high-speed passes over ten litterboxes and one Admiral's kitty?
I'll keep that in mind! She definitely looks geriatric, but she keeps plugging along like nothing will stop her.
What's funny is that my wife had those two cats before we ever met. I don't think she has ever seen Top Gun, she just knew of the character's names and thought they would sound good as a pair. Rocky, however, is named after the movie/character because I love both.
Unfortunately, no. Neither does he play volleyball while cheesy 80s music is playing!
^ If he meows "You've Lost That Loving Feeling", he'd probably still sound better than Tom Cruise did.
I watched the Kitten Bowl today.
They should have had one of those hairless sphinx cats in the question and answer period
Yes, did you need something?
Or this is my spot, get your own.
I visited my friend the other day, the older (darker) of her cats Is the mother of my Füb:
The new arrival, Ilse, is a bit of a brat at times, so her cuddeling up like this is rather weird -even for a cold wet winter day...
Aww! She wants a snuggle.
Their coloring is so similar that they just sort of blend together.
Indeed, they appear very similar...
But one is very loving and sociable and cuddly and the other would shred the hand of a stranger if it had the chance (the people she knows are only attacked once she's had her fill of cuddles).
Our two cats have very different temperaments. And of course they behave differently depending on who they are with.
Trying to be on the computer but Junior has other ideas:
^Funny, I've seen stories about people's cats doing this to them. Our Emma never does this.
I downloaded a cat-entertainment-thingy for my tablet...
The best thing I know to get the cat off of my dealings with the computer is to switch on the cat-entertainer... sure, the cat'll look at the ('mouse' on the) monitor for a few seconds (rarely as much as a whole minute)... but then it'll bolt - knowing it's all a fake and not for it.
You are only busy when you are playing with ME!
