Cheddar cheese topped with warm canned spaghetti.
I do hope that was supposed to be "knawing," rather than "knowing" (in the Biblical sense of the word.)
If you make it a tortilla with the scrambled eggs, you have breakfast to go! And you can add onions and such. Your own breakfast burrito.
Now I'm hungry.
^^ That's good, too. I've bought the pre-made kind, but I've never made my own.

Marmite or marmalade
In terms of spread, butter with strawberry jam.
In terms of snack meals of '<item> on toast', baked beans. Closely followed by poached egg. Sometimes, I have both.
Nice bit of Scottish chedder, sliced up garlic clove, and a good splash of worcestershire sauce, then under the grill for a few min's to melt it.
Oooh, another one I used to have a lot when I was still in Italy is the classic italian bruschetta: toasted bread, then you rub garlic on it, and you add a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt. So simple and so delicious.
