Hi guys, was wondering if any of you fitness expert could help me out. I'd like to build a bit more muscle in my upper body, particularly shoulders/arms. I bought some dumbbells the other day + some whey protein (mmm minty chocolate flavour), and was hoping to start doing some working out at home. I'm not after a 6 pack or anything like that, just wanted to build a bit of muscle. Any tips as to sets/reps, how often, what time of day etc, or anything else that would help, would be greatly appreciated.
