I picked the last one.
Definitely looks better bald. Comparing the first picture to the last Mr. Brooks almost looks like a different person.
I think the facial hair did wonders for him.
Avery Brooks is the best evidence that some men really gain a lot by losing hair. Early Sisko with hair = meh. Bald Sisko = charismatic badass
Bald Sisko is Badass Sisko.
I really like when he had hair and a beard in late season 3. My second choicew is bald with the beard.
I think he should have half the hair on his head and half a beard. A sort of checkered pattern that rotates around his head.
Bald with facial hair. I normally don't go for facial hair, but he looks amazing with it.
I'll be the minority opinion here. I preferred him with the full head of hair. To me, the shaved head seemed too contemporary.
I also picked option #3. When he got a little more weight in his face, went bald and had the goatee, he looked fantastic and...well, badass.
Bald with Facial Hair
Looked like he could kick your ass any second.
Bald Sisko is the only Captain more badass than Robau.
the best captains are bald captains
What is so badass about Robau? I've been meaning to ask.
Thats like asking whats so bad ass about Chuck Norris.
Re: Ben Sisko’s hair
What's so badass about Chuck Norris?
Has nothing to do with the beard, but what was strange was that he seemed to have ballooned up the moment they introduced the First Contact uniforms, and he suddenly looked much older.
No it isn't. Chuck Norris is a bad ass while Robau is a punk who got owned by time travelling Romulans. If Norris was in command of the Kelvin we would have had the shortest Trek movie ever made.
Oh, I voted for bald with beard.
Definitely bald and bearded. Brooks was never comortable with the look the powers-that-be forced on him for the first few seasons. He quite clearly became more comfortable in the role once he had more say in his own physical appearance.
